How Skyorgo handles eligible refunds, expired gifts, unused codes, and account billing questions.
Billing records
Orders, wallet balance, usage credit, traffic packages, gifts, and redemption codes are recorded in the user account for review.
If a billing issue occurs, contact support with the account email and order time so the record can be checked.
Gift and code expiry
Eligible unclaimed gifts or unused redemption codes may return value to the purchaser according to the rules shown at purchase time.
Returned package value is handled as account value rather than restoring an old package definition.
Package questions
Refund eligibility depends on the package type, use state, expiration state, payment result, and abuse review.
Contact support before initiating duplicate payments or chargebacks so the account record can be reconciled.
